1. “Utility and miscellaneous use structure” shall be defined as buildings or structures of an accessory character and miscellaneous structures not classified by the Building Officials and Code Administrators International, Inc., in any specific group. The term includes carports, detached private garages, greenhouses and sheds having a building area less than 201 square feet. The term does not include swimming pools or spas.
2. The Borough requires permits and inspections under the UCC for residential alterations and repairs, as defined in the UCC, in accordance with the International Residential Code, 2003, Chapter 1, §105, or any subsequent addition thereof.
3. This Section shall take effect on August 19, 2005.
