§ 2-106.   Nuisances.
It shall be unlawful for any person to allow any domestic animal or wild animal to do the following:
   A.   To make any loud or harsh noise or disturbance which shall disturb or interfere with the peace, quiet, rest or sleep of any person within the Borough.
   B.   To defile, corrupt or otherwise befoul any sidewalk, or walkway or the property of another.
   C.   To allow animals to dig into flower beds, lawns, children's sandboxes, gardens or the damaging of shrubbery, trees, lawns, personal property not belonging to the owner of the animal or the depositing of feces as set forth in § 2-103(E). [Ord. 536]
   D.   No owner shall permit any animal to enter upon any area designated as a publicly owned park or playground. [Ord. 536]
   E.   All owners of dogs and cats shall comply with, and be current with rabies vaccination requirements of the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. [Ord. 536]
