§ 5-204. Fees.

Each time and for each dwelling unit for which any inspection and certificate of compliance is required the owner shall pay a fee of $25.00 to defray the cost of inspection and processing the certificate of compliance. If more than one inspection is needed to obtain a certificate of compliance, each inspection subsequent to the first shall be subject to an additional $25.00 fee.
