The Borough of Marysville recognizes the importance of public records as the record of the Borough’s actions and repository of information about this Borough. The public has the right to access and procure copies of public records, with certain exceptions, subject to law, Borough policy and administrative regulations. The Borough shall make its public records available for access and duplication to a requester, in accordance with the Pennsylvania Right-to-Know Law, 65 P.S. §67.101 et seq.
