§ 5-203. Tenant Responsibilities.

The tenant or other non-owner occupant shall:

   A.   Inspect and test the smoke alarms and carbon monoxide alarms and report any problems to the owner;

   B.   Replace batteries, if necessary, to keep the alarms operable and functioning properly; and

   C.   Replace any alarm that is stolen, removed, or missing during their occupancy of the building.
