§ 1-1011.   Audio Recording Devices at Public Meetings.
   1.   No recording by the public shall occur at any public meeting of the Borough without notification to the Borough Council or alternate body holding said meeting.
   2.   Council President shall designate a location for all recording devices so as not to interfere with the conduct of the business meeting. The Council shall not be obliged to stop the meeting to wait for an operator of the recording device to change tapes or discs.
