§ 78-149 HEADLIGHTS, TAILLIGHTS AND TURN SIGNALS.

All motor vehicles operating within the city limits of Martinsville must have functioning headlights, taillights and turn signals. Headlights and taillights shall be used from dusk to dawn and/or when inclement weather or other conditions of diminished visibility due to environmental conditions are occurring.
