§ 38-241 FIRE AND LIFE SAFETY INSPECTION FEES.
   (A)   All code violations will be documented on a fire inspection report form. Each business will be given 30 days to correct code violations. Certain code violations may be given less time to correct due to their severity. The business may also comply online through the City of Martinsville website when the violations have been corrected. If, after the specified time a compliance in not received, a re-inspection shall be made of the business to determine code compliance. A re-inspection fee for each re-inspection shall be charged as indicated in the table listed in subsection (B) below.
