MARTINSVILLE, INDIANA
PARALLEL REFERENCES
§ 38-91 ENFORCEMENT AUTHORITY.
   (A)   The Martinsville Fire Department shall have the responsibility to enforce all provisions of this chapter within its jurisdiction.
   (B)   The Martinsville Fire Department shall have such other powers and duties as may be conferred from time to time by law or ordinance.
