§ 94-229 REMEDIES AND PENALTIES.

Compare to:

(A) This section shall be the same as § 94-170 of this chapter.

(B) The penalty of violation of this article shall be the same as a violation of Development Standards, Table Item (b), in § 94-241 of this chapter.
