The business, industrial and commercial uses listed in Table 1 are permitted in the districts indicated in § 94-33 of this chapter when complying with the requirements of Tables 2b and 2c together with the provisions and exceptions of §§ 94-33 and 94-34 of this chapter; or when in an approved plan development under Art. VI of this chapter and when complying with all construction safety regulations of the state.
