(A) All terms and provisions of I.C. 36-7-10.1-3 are adopted in connection with the removal of weeds and other rank vegetation, and such provisions in their entirety are incorporated into this article and made a part of this article as fully as though set out in their entirety in this section.
(B) Two copies of I.C. 36-7-10.1-3 shall be on file in the office of the Clerk-Treasurer for public inspection in accordance with the provisions of I.C. 36-1-5-4.
