§ 82-329 LICENSING REQUIREMENTS.
   Any commercial sanitarian who applies to the Clerk-Treasurer for a license to deposit waste in the sewers and sewage treatment system must satisfy the following requirements.
   (A)   The applicant must state the nature and address of his or her business, as well as any other information required by the Board of Public Works and Safety.
   (B)   The application must be made with the Clerk-Treasurer on or before March 1 of each year. The applicant must pay an annual license fee specified in § 34-626 of this code of ordinances, payable to the city’s sewer utility.
   (C)   The applicant must demonstrate that he or she is properly licensed by the state’s Health Commissioner pursuant to the provisions of I.C. 25-35-1-1 through 25-35-1-8.
