(A) Charges for sewage service shall be due on the due dates shown on the bills.
(B) (1) Any service charge not paid by the due date (approximately 15 days after the bill is rendered) shall be considered delinquent.
(2) A delinquent charge, together with any applied penalty, shall be collected as set forth by law and ordinance.
