§ 82-277 RIGHT TO ADJUST ON BASIS OF SEWAGE CONTENT.

Compare to:

(A) The city may base its charges not only on volume but also on the strength and character of the sewage and wastes it treats and disposes of.

(B) Sewer charges shall be based on the strength of the sewage and liquid wastes as determined by an analysis of samples taken by the city. The strength and character of the sewage and wastes shall be based on the quantity of suspended solids, and five-day BOD and COD in samples of the sewage and wastes. An excessive strength surcharge will be charged as specified in § 34-625 of this code of ordinances.
