§ 82-208 RESPONSIBILITY FOR OBSTRUCTING OR DAMAGING SEWERS.

If a public sewer becomes obstructed or damaged because any of the substances designated in § 82-206 of this chapter were improperly discharged, the person responsible for the discharge must pay for the expenses incurred by the city in cleaning out, repairing or rebuilding the sewer.
