§ 78-218 OPERATING A MOTORIZED BICYCLE.

Compare to:

(A) A person operating a motorized bicycle shall not ride other than upon a permanent and attached regular seat, nor carry any other passenger other than upon a firmly attached and regular auxiliary seat.

(B) A person may not ride upon a motorized bicycle unless seated under this section.
