§ 2-107 SICK LEAVE AND PERSONAL DAY BENEFITS FOR NON-UNION EMPLOYEES.
   (A)   Sick leave and personal days shall be a benefit provided to non-union employees of the city. Police and fire personnel shall be excluded from the definition of non-union employees for purposes of this section.
   (B)   The non-union employees of the city shall be entitled to nine sick days during the calendar year from January 1 through December 31.
   (C)   The non-union employees of the city shall also be entitled to six personal days during the calendar year from January 1 through December 31. These days are in addition to the above referenced sick days.
