MARTINSVILLE, INDIANA
PARALLEL REFERENCES
§ 78-6 APPLICABILITY TO PERSON RIDING ANIMAL OR DRIVING ANIMAL DRAWING VEHICLE UPON ROADWAY.
   A person who rides an animal or drives an animal drawing a vehicle upon a roadway is:
   (A)   Subject to the provisions of this chapter applicable to the person who drives a vehicle; and
   (B)   Is not subject to the provisions of this chapter that, by their nature, have no application.
