The Common Council, under the provisions of I.C. 9-29-11-1, does hereby give the city’s Police Department the authority to charge the amount of $10 for each accident report submitted to the Police Department. Said fee collected under this section shall be deposited in a separate account to be known as the Law Enforcement Training Fund (LETF), established by I.C. 5-2-8-2.
