§ 42-25 DESIGNATION OF ADMINISTRATOR.

The City Council hereby appoints the City Superintendent to administer and implement the provisions of this chapter and is herein referred to as the “Floodplain Administrator”. In the absence of the City Superintendent, the City Engineer shall act as the Floodplain Administrator.
