The Fire Prevention Bureau of the Martinsville Fire Department shall be under the supervision of the Fire Marshal, who shall be appointed pursuant to the applicable personnel rules of the Martinsville Fire Department under Chapter 2 of the City of Martinsville Municipal Code.
