The fees required by § 90-58 of this code of ordinances are as follows:
(A) For the first vehicle in service by any licensee: the sum of $15 per year;
(B) For each additional vehicle: the sum of $10 per year; and
(C) If the license is granted to any applicant after January 1 of any year, he or she shall pay as a license fee $1.50 per month for the first vehicle and $1 per month for each additional vehicle, with the time to be computed to the next January 1.
