(A) The fees required by § 66-1 of this code of ordinances are as follows:
(1) Yard waste disposal (tipping) fee of $30 per ton, with a minimum charge of $30 for each load;
(2) Solid waste and clean masonry and aggregate materials disposal (tipping) fee of $48 per ton, with a minimum charge of $48 for each load, except as stated in subsection (A)(3) below; and
(3) Bagged non-commercial (residential only) solid waste disposal (tipping) fee of $20 for five or fewer bags.
(B) Users of the facility shall pay all fees at the time of disposal or as agreed by the city.
