§ 30-34 LIEN FOR REMOVAL COSTS.
   In the event of the removal of any waters by the city as provided in this article, the reasonable charges for their removal shall be levied and are declared to be a lien against the property from which they were removed. The amount of such charges shall be certified by the Clerk-Treasurer to the county’s Auditor, and the amount of such charges shall become a lien and attach to the property from the time of such filing.
