210.13  CANVASSING THE BALLOTS.
   The judges and clerks of election shall count the ballots.  No ballot shall be rejected for want of form if the person intended to be voted for and the office which the voter intended such person to fill can be ascertained therefrom.  The clerks shall mark down the votes each candidate receives and the office for which he or she is designated on the ballot.
