210.12 NOTICE TO PERSONS ELECTED OR APPOINTED.

The County Clerk shall, in the manner provided in the Illinois Election Code, notify persons elected to office of their election, and that unless such persons shall respectively qualify, as provided in the Illinois Election Code, the office shall become vacant.
