210.10 TIME OF OPENING AND CLOSING POLLS.

At all City elections, polls shall be opened at 6:00 a.m. and closed at 7:00 p.m. of the same day. Upon opening the polls, a judge or clerk of the election shall make a proclamation that the polls are open, and at least fifteen minutes before closing the polls a proclamation shall be made in like manner that the polls will be closed in a quarter of an hour.
