210.07 VOTING; RETURNS.

All voting at City elections shall be by ballot. After the closing of the polls, the ballots shall be counted and the returns made out and returned under seal to the County Clerk as provided in the Illinois Election Code. The City Clerk shall canvass the City vote after the votes have been tabulated by the County Clerk.
