208.11 CONTRACTOR'S BONDS.

No contractor entering into a contract with the City, of any kind or character pertaining to any public improvement or work, shall be allowed to proceed with such improvement or work until he or she has first given a bond in double the amount of the contract price, to be approved by Council.
