1028.32 UTILITY COMPANIES.

Nothing in this division shall be construed to exempt utility companies or their agents from any of the requirements of this chapter, except that the utility departments of the City shall be exempt from this chapter provided that the action is taken at the direction of the Superintendent of Streets.
