Any person, firm or corporation violating any provisions of this chapter shall be fined not less two hundred fifty dollars nor more than seven hundred and fifty dollars for each offense; and a separate offense shall be deemed committed on each day during or on which a violation occurs or continues. A person who operates or causes to be operated in violation of this chapter shall also be subject to a suit for injunctive and/or declaratory relief in a court of competent jurisdiction, as well as for the penalties and fines provided for herein. Any person convicted of a violation of any section of this code, shall, in addition to the fine assessed, be required to pay all of the city's expenses, including attorney fees, of enforcing and prosecuting the ordinance violation.
