304.99 PENALTY.

Any person who violates any portion of this Chapter, as now or hereafter amended, shall be subject to a fine of not less than One Hundred Dollars ($100.00) for the first such violation and a fine of not less than Seven Hundred Fifty Dollars ($750.00) for each violation thereafter.
