The FOIA Officer shall prepare:
(a) A City Information Directory;
(b) A block diagram of the functional subdivisions of the City;
(c) A City Records Directory; and
(d) A Records Catalogue,
all of which shall be substantially in the same form as the documents attached to Ordinance 2010-6-3 as Exhibits A, B, C and D. This information shall also be posted on the City’s website, if a website is maintained by the City.
