1025.02 CULVERT POLICY.

Upon request of the owner of a lot, the City will purchase and install a 20-linear-foot driveway culvert. Any culvert requested that exceeds 20 linear feet shall be installed by and at the expense of the lot owner. The Street Department shall be responsible for no more than one culvert per residential home or business establishment.
