1020.23 DEPOSITS OF GREENERY ON STREETS AND SIDEWALKS.

No person shall deposit on any public street or public sidewalk any grass, weeds, or other greenery. All property owners and occupants shall be responsible for others making such deposits on public streets or public sidewalks as a result of activities on the owner's property or the property occupied by the occupant.
