837.09 ACCESS FOR INSPECTION.

Any licensee hereunder shall, at all times, allow any police officer or patrolman of the City, any other duly authorized officer or employee and the County Public Health Authorities free access to any and all portions of the junk yard for the purpose of inspection or investigation.
