(a) Before any license under the provisions of this chapter is issued, any person desiring to operate a junk yard in this City shall first make a verified application in writing to the City Clerk stating thereon the full name of the applicant, his or her residence address, the trade name of the applicant and the legal description of the premises where the junk yard is to be located. The application shall be on a form provided by the City and shall contain such additional information as is asked for on the application form.
(b) If the applicant is a firm or partnership, the names and residence addresses of all the partners, and in the case of a corporation, the name and residence addresses of all officers and owners and in the case of a limited liability company, the name and residence address of all managers and all members shall be stated in the application.
