(a) No person shall deposit, dispose, or leave any item, waste material, or any other matter at the city burn pile, currently located on the waste water treatment plant site on South York Street, except for leaves, sticks, tree limbs and yard waste which is allowed.
(b) Whoever violates or fails to comply with this section shall be subject to penalty as provided in Section 202.99 of these codified ordinances, expect that the fine shall be not less than five hundred dollars ($500.00) for each offense.
