(a) Unless individually contracted differently, the City shall own, operate, repair and maintain individual meters, lines and materials to the City's systems as follows:
(1) Gas service. From the City's main up to and including the meter.
(2) Water service. From the City's main up to and including the meter.
(3) Sewer service. The City's sewer main only, excluding the individual sewer tap.
(b) All of the other lines and materials running from the City's system to the individual customer or owner shall be owned, operated, repaired and maintained by the individual customer or owner.
