The City Treasurer shall receive all such revenues from the public utility systems and all other funds and moneys incident to the operation of such systems as such revenues, funds and moneys may be delivered to him or her, and deposit such revenues, funds and moneys in a separate fund for each system, and the Treasurer shall administer such funds in every respect in the manner provided for by 65 ILCS 5/11-1-1 et seq.
