460.06 U-TURNS ON CUMBERLAND STREET.
   No driver of any vehicle shall make a u-turn on Cumberland Street between York and Union Streets.
   There shall be installed at each of the corners on Cumberland Street, between York and Union Streets, a “No U-Turn” sign.
