218.08 DESIGNATION OF OMA OFFICER.

The City Collector is hereby designated as the OMA Officer to receive such training on compliance with OMA (Open Meetings Act (5 ILCS 120/1 et seq.)). In the event that the OMA Officer is not available, the Chief of Police is designated as the Deputy OMA Officer. The Deputy OMA Officer shall also receive such training.
