1464.09 VACANT OR UNOCCUPIED UNITS.

Effective April 22, 2000, any mobile home within the City limits that has been vacant and unoccupied, with City utilities disconnected, for more than thirty days shall be deemed to be in violation of this chapter and, in such case, the City is authorized to have the same removed and disposed of at the expense of the owner of said mobile home.
