That certain document marked and designated as the International Energy Conservation Code, (1998), as promulgated by the International Code Council, is hereby adopted as the Energy Conservation Code of the City, for the control of buildings and structures as therein provided, save and except for such portions thereof as may be amended or repealed in this chapter.
