1060.02 SPECIFICATIONS.

A receptacle for garbage shall be watertight and made of metal or plastic with a close fitting cover. Such receptacle shall have a capacity of not less than thirty gallons (30) and not more than one hundred ten gallons (110) and shall be provided with suitable handles.
