1048.09 ADMINISTRATION AND ALLOCATION OF FUNDS.
   All moneys received as charges for the services of the Municipal gas system shall be deposited in a bank account separate and distinct from the bank accounts in which other City funds are held. Such funds shall be administered and allocated in strict accordance with Ordinance 1-1960, which authorized the issuance of gas public utility certificates, or in accordance with any ordinance which may hereafter be adopted to refund such certificates.
