As established by the units of government identified in Section 882.01 and approved by the Illinois Department of Commerce and Community Affairs (DCCA), the area of the Enterprise Zone shall be as described in Exhibit Plate 2A attached to original Ordinance 91-12-4, passed December 4, 1991, and as outlined on the map in Exhibit Plate 2 attached to original Ordinance 91-12-4, passed December 4, 1991, which Exhibits are hereby made a part hereof.
