830.02 HOUSE TO HOUSE DISTRIBUTION; PERMIT REQUIRED.

No person shall distribute indiscriminately to the public any cards, circulars, handbills, samples of merchandise or advertising matter whatsoever by leaving the same at stores, offices, houses or residences without first obtaining a permit therefor. This section shall not be construed to apply to the sale of articles by licensed peddlers.
