820.20 DISPOSITION OF FEES.

All license fees under this chapter shall be paid to the Mayor at the time the application is made and shall be forthwith turned over to the City Treasurer. If the license applied for is denied, the fee shall be returned to the applicant. If the license is granted, then the fee shall be deposited in and become a part of the funds of the City.
